Beaufort County has established a Sick Leave policy for eligible employees.  Sick leave time is accrued biweekly. Sick leave may be used for illness of the employee, the employee’s spouse, or the employee’s dependent child(ren). Sick Leave, Disability Leave, and Bereavement Leave are not paid out upon separation.
