6. Share Information with Other Council Members
7. No Personal Attacks: Council Members, County Staff, Citizens
8. After a Council Decision, State the County's Policy - You Can State Your Own Opinion
9. Listen Before Judgement
10. Be Attentive - Avoid Interruptions and Discussion Before Being Acknowledged
11. Avoid Eating in Session
12. Come Prepared, Do Your Homework
