Beaufort County Public Works will be temporarily closing the C.C. Haigh Jr. Boat Landing Handicapped Parking Area, 2 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island (map). 

Cars must be moved by Wednesday, March 5, for safety and to allow equipment and supplies to be unloaded. The boat landing will remain open for the duration of the paving project.

Weather permitting the paving project should last approximately 2 days.
