Due to Hurricane Helene, the road repair/patching project is on hold until the asphalt company is operational. The Bluffton Parkway patching has only 1-2 days of work left. Once the project resumes, another notice will be sent.

Beaufort County is beginning overnight road repairs on Bluffton Parkway from Buck Island Road to Buckingham Landing Road beginning Sunday, September 22, weather permitting. 

Road work will be done from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily and is expected to last one week.

During construction, lane closures, road cones and signage will be visible to direct traffic safely. 

Motorists and residents should be prepared for lane closures and are encouraged to use extra caution when approaching work zones.
