Beaufort County continues to work with South Carolina Department of Transportation and local municipalities to expedite and coordinate storm debris cleanup after Hurricane Helene.

Convenience Center Limit Waiver Extended
County Convenience Centers are currently open for regular business hours. Decals will still be required for residents to dispose of storm debris, but the limit of three visits per week has been waived through Sunday, October 6.

As a reminder, County Convenience Centers are for residential trash and debris only.

For anyone in need of support resources or referrals, please call 211.
SC 2-1-1 information and referral is a free, confidential service of United Way Association of South Carolina that connects individuals to health and human services. Anyone can access this service 24 hours a day, seven days a week by dialing the three-digit number, 2-1-1, from a landline or mobile phone; searching the website or using the online chat at www.SC211.org; or using the SC 2-1-1 app.
