Nexus Care of Beaufort County Offices to Close for Staff Development Friday, September 20

Nexus Care of Beaufort County offices in both Bluffton and Beaufort will be closed Friday, September 20 for staff development.

Both offices will resume normal hours Monday, September 23, at 8 a.m.

Anyone experiencing a mental health emergency should call 988. Anyone experiencing a medical emergency should call 911.
