The County’s contractor, APAC-Atlantic Inc and W.M. Roebuck, Inc., will begin installation of the wood pole signal at the intersection of Oldfield Way and SC 170 this week. Work is expected to begin Wednesday weather permitting.

Most of the work at this time will occur on the roadway shoulder or median but there will be lane closures needed. The project is expected to continue next week.

Motorists are advised to use caution while in the area and adhere to traffic control and signage. When approaching the construction area, please reduce speed and watch for construction personnel in or near the roadway.
