Beaufort County Veterans Affairs is hosting several workshops to review benefits delivery at discharge for veterans ready to leave the military.

The seminars schedule is as follows: 

• Wednesday, May 10, 0900-1500 NSF Beaufort Auditorium
• Tuesday, June 11, 0900-1600 MCRD Parris Island Four Winds Club
• Wednesday, June 12, 0900-1600 MCAS Beaufort, Bldg, 807, Classroom 24

Active duty service members are eligible, have a known separation date within 91-189 days and are available to go to VA exams 45 days from submission date. Service members need to request an electronic copy of the STR from their branch clinic, documents such as marriage certificate, spouse's social security number and children's birth certificates and social security numbers.
