Beaufort County is beginning roadway repairs on several roads in Beaufort this week.

As part of Beaufort County’s annual roadway resurfacing program funded by the County Transportation Committee, the County will be starting road patching beginning Wednesday, April 24 through Thursday, May 2.

Contractors ask that residents please refrain from parking in the street during the time of operations. This will be a day-time activity between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. These are target dates and may be delayed or advanced due to weather and field conditions.

Flaggers will be in each work zone so motorists are asked to travel with caution.

The schedule and timeframe for each road paving project is below:

Beginning April 24, these roads will be patched:

Mark Ave
Wesley Ave
Frame Ave
Harvey's Bend
Habersham Ave

Beginning April 26 through Thursday, May 2 for crack sealing will begin on the following roads:

Wesley Ave

Micro Surfacing will begin Monday, May 6 through Saturday, May 18 on the following roads:
