Beaufort County is hosting a community meeting to discuss an historic resources survey to identify and document historic places built on St. Helena Island and in unincorporated Beaufort County south of the Broad River. 

The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 10 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., at St. Helena Island Branch Library, 6355 Jonathan Francis Sr. Road (map).

The meeting is free and open to the public. 

This survey project is funded jointly by Beaufort County and a Federal Historic Preservation Grant through SC Department of Archives and History.
