The Finance, Administration and Economic Development Committee met Monday and here are some highlights from the agenda:

• Approved a resolution authorizing the Interim County Administrator to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with BJWSA for construction/installation of the Lobeco/Morgan Road waterline project
• Approved a resolution authorizing the Interim County Administrator to approve an affordable housing fee subsidy of $11,765 for construction of 3 affordable residential units for Habitat for Humanity
• Approval to recommend to the Beaufort County Legislative Delegation the appointment of Thomas Mike, Sr. to the BJWSA board
• Approved unanimously appointments and reappointments to agencies, boards and commissions
