Beaufort County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Department’s Bluffton Office Closed Wednesday, August 4 for Staff Training

The Bluffton location of the Beaufort County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Department will be closed Wednesday, August 4, for staff training. The office will return to normal business hours Thursday, August 5, at 8 a.m.
The Beaufort location of the department will be open as normal on these days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for customer business services, but treatment services will not be available.
The department is an affiliate of the South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services (DAODAS), licensed as a healthcare facility by the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities ( CARF).
Prevention and Treatment Human Resource Counselors working from both office locations to prevent and reduce the adverse health, social, and economic consequences resulting from addiction and co-dependency.
