Beaufort County Council Member York Glover (District 3) will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26 about local stormwater matters. The meeting will be held at the St. Helena Branch Library, 6355 Jonathan Francis Sr. Road, St. Helena (map). Guest speakers will be Eric Larson, Beaufort County’s Director of Environmental Engineering and Land Management, and Elizabeth Penn Sanders, Resident Maintenance Engineer for the SC Department of Transportation.
