The Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority / Palmetto Breeze provides public transportation for the Lowcountry region and is responsible for the overall administration and policy development of the Authority.

• Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 2:00 p.m.
• Meetings last approximately two hours.
• Meetings alternate between the Lowcountry Council of Government offices in Yemassee and the Palmetto Breeze offices in Bluffton
• General interest in mass transportation is desired.
