Employee Services Home

Beaufort County’s Employee Services Division administers and oversees programs related to employee benefits.  These programs include, but are not limited to, new employee recruiting, new hire orientation, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment laws, and development and interpretation of County policy as it relates to employees. The department also maintains employee files and benefit records.
