The Design Review Board reviews development projects in conventional districts and rural areas for compliance with architectural, design, landscaping, signage, and lighting standards in the Community Development Code.

• Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of each month at 2:30 p.m.
• Meetings last approximately 1 ½ hours.
• Meetings are held in the Meeting Room, Grace Coastal Church,15 Williams Drive, Okatie off of S.C. Highway 170.
• The Board makeup requires two registered architects, two registered landscape architects, two miscellaneous design professionals, and one citizen member.
