The Lady’s Island Plan Implementation Committee is charged with overseeing the implementation of the Lady’s Island Plan.  This includes developing an implementation work plan with a schedule and milestones.

• Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m.
• Meetings last approximately 1 ½ hours.
• Meetings are held in the Executive Conference Room in the County Administration Building at 100 Ribaut Road, Beaufort, SC
• The Board makeup requires one representative each from Beaufort County Council and Beaufort City Council; two island residents and one representative each from the following entities - the Beaufort County Planning Commission; the Beaufort-Port Royal Metropolitan Planning Commission; Lady’s Island Business and Professional Association; South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, and the Sea Island Corridor Coalition.
