Beaufort County Stormwater Department has scheduled several events and workshops in recognition of Stormwater Awareness Week. Events will be held beginning Monday, September 23 through Friday, September 27.

All the events are meant to raise awareness and help County residents learn how to protect our Lowcountry waterways, maintain rain gardens, and manage stormwater issues on their property. There will even be an opportunity to win a rain barrel, compost bin and more prizes.

Beaufort County Stormwater has partnered with Lowcountry Stormwater Partners for this week's events. Professionals will be on hand at all the events to answer any questions.
