Please be advised Beaufort County Mosquito Control will conduct aerial and/or ground treatments in certain areas beginning this week. The treatment will occur Monday to Friday each week of the mosquito-breeding season, which typically ends in November. 

In accordance with Federal and State regulations, notice will be given prior to each week of treatment via the Beaufort County Facebook page. Mosquito Control applies EPA-registered public health insecticides during ideal weather using low-flying aircraft throughout daylight hours and spray trucks from about 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Residents can click here to view a map of tentative treatment areas. Affected areas will be marked on the map by 4 p.m. the previous Friday.
