The Construction Adjustments and Appeals Board establishes rules and regulations for its own procedures not consistent with the International Codes, as amended; to hear appeals relative to the International Codes, National Electrical Code, and other County ordinances.

• Meetings are held as needed on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
• Meetings last approximately two hours.
• Meetings are held in Council Chambers, Administration Building, Beaufort County Government Robert Smalls Complex, 100 Ribaut Road, Beaufort.
• Knowledge of fire codes, development, building construction, and electrical construction is desired
