NOTICE: The Beaufort County Treasurer has received approval from SCDOR to extend the first and second penalty dates for 2020 tax bills. For this reason the deadline for filing legal residence applications, agricultural use applications, HOA Special Valuation application, and appeals (except for those properties that received an assessment notice,) for tax year 2020 has been extended to March 31 2021
